Valencia High School @ Loara High School

The Saxons lost their final game 42-17 at Glover Stadium. Highlights of the game included a 9-yard touchdown pass from Meraz to Ben-Ron with 9 seconds left in the first half. Bautista rushed for 93 yards and Gauta caught 5 passes.

Loara High School @ Pacifica High School

The Saxons traveled to Garden Grove to take on Pacifica High School. Both teams needing a win to clinch a CIF playoff spot from the Empire League. Loara played hard with a couple of 4th. quarter touchdown passes from Marcus Meraz, but their comeback ended with a loss of 35-21.

Cypress High School @ Loara High School

Defending CIF champions, Cypress, got several breaks to beat Loara at Glover Stadium 35 - 7.

The Loara High School Saxons took on the Raiders of Sonora High School. Final score: 31 - 15. Loara overall record at this point in the season is 3-0.
