Estancia @ Calvary Chapel : Both teams needed a win to advance to CIF playoffs. Calvary scored first with a Scott Matsuda run of 7 yards putting the CCHS eagles on the scoreboard with 6-0. Estancia came back with a touchdown run by Alex Abalos. A Eli Diego kick put the Estancia Eagles up 6-7. Matsuda then scored on a 4-yard TD run to put the Calvary Eagles ahead 12-7. Estancia wasn't done yet, Eli Diego kicked a 29 yard FG to put the score at 12-10. Another attempt by Diego in the second half was blocked by Calvary's Eddie Siders and Calvary hung onto their 2 point advantage. A Calvary fumble in the fourth gave hope to Estancia, but penalities, an interception and a sack gave Calvary their first trip to the playoffs since '01.

Calvary Chapel @ Costa Mesa : Calvary Chapel outgained Costa Mesa (212-202) , but came up short. Scott Matsuda scored with a 3-yard run with 4:25 left in the game to put Calvary on the board. Five turnovers helped the Mustangs win with a score of 35-7. Leaders in the game were Kevin Schick with 30 yards passing, Brandon Perez with 18 yards receiving and Scott Matsuda with 135 yards rushing.

CCHS @ Bolsa Grande : Brandon Perez scored on an 11-yard pass from Tikey Mahlow and Scott Matsuda ran in the 2-point conversion during the 3rd. quarter. Scott Matsuda led the Eagles with 114 yards rushing but did not carry the ball in the 4th quarter. QB/DB Tikey Mahlow intercepted the ball during the first quarter and ran it back for 33 yards ending a Matadors drive.
